廢舊建筑模板粉碎機是一種專業(yè)針對工地上廢舊模板、竹膠板、貨架、托架、托盤等研發(fā)的新型、大型木材破碎設備，最后出來的成品料大概和火柴棍大小差不多，由于原材料大，采用的都是加厚篩網(wǎng)（14MM），篩孔最小只能加工22毫米的孔徑，所以加工出的成品料有點大，屬于粗破，時產(chǎn)量在3-5噸左右，要想粉碎鋸末狀，甚至更細，那就得使用多功能的鋼板粉碎機，采用小孔徑篩網(wǎng)，配套使用。此設備廣泛適用于廢舊模板加工廠、竹膠板加工廠、人造板廠、復合板廠、電廠鍋爐原料燃燒等以及個體木材加工廠使用。
廢舊模板粉碎機工作原理：
該機采用錘頭式的粉碎加工方式，加上螺旋輸送、引風機抽風3道工序完成作業(yè)流程，最后出來的成品料大概和火柴棍大小差不多，由于原材料大，破碎的程度是粗碎，利用篩網(wǎng)來控制物料的大小，物料的范圍在8MM-12MM指尖，本機破碎出來的物料都是進行篩選出來，如果需要更細的物料，可以將模板粉碎機與木屑粉碎機相結合，作為破碎的生產(chǎn)線，可以適用在專業(yè)的模板粉碎加工基地。
使用廢舊模板粉碎機的注意事項：
使用廢舊模板粉碎機，加工的原料非常重要，該機采用錘頭擊打的方式，投放的原料不能過厚，否則容易造成機器阻塞的嚴重后果。加工生產(chǎn)中工作人員一定要適量的送料，因原料模板上避免不了會有釘子，因此對于人身安全的考慮，應當在合理的位置送料。工作人員使用前，應當詳細閱讀機器使用說明書，使用正確的方式操作機器。
