新型鋸末機行業(yè)專用粉碎設(shè)備，致力于生產(chǎn)鋸末、木屑、木糠為目的的粉碎設(shè)備；該機主要用于加工松木、桉樹、楊木、杉木、原竹等物料，更加適合用于食用菌培養(yǎng)基中的木屑加工。同時該設(shè)備還可用于竹、茅草、玉米稈、高梁稈等纖維質(zhì)物料的切削。
新型鋸末機的調(diào)試與保養(yǎng)：
1、 啟動前應(yīng)嚴(yán)格檢查機器各部位安裝是否符合要求，金屬物品切勿掉入機內(nèi)，先用手位動皮帶進(jìn)行試運轉(zhuǎn)，看是否有咬煞和轉(zhuǎn)動碰殼等現(xiàn)象以免發(fā)生事故。
2、開機順序：先啟動總電源，多次點動機器，直至正常啟動。
3、添料時應(yīng)保持均勻，嚴(yán)禁金屬硬塊進(jìn)入下料口內(nèi)。
4、在使用過程中，電機負(fù)荷不能超載，保持正常運轉(zhuǎn)。
5、設(shè)備正常運行前，先空載運行一段時間，詳細(xì)檢查各個部件，如有異常，應(yīng)進(jìn)行及時維修，再次空載，直至空載運行正常，方可使用。
6、應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查刀片、磨板的磨損程序，如發(fā)現(xiàn)刀片磨板磨損嚴(yán)重應(yīng)及時更換。
7、停機時，要先停主機，再斷總電源。設(shè)備在不用時，要打掃設(shè)備各個部位，并進(jìn)行軸承潤滑油的清洗更換，用防塵遮擋設(shè)備，盡量避免設(shè)備雨淋及曝曬。
