Auchan驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)是歐尚公司要求供應(yīng)商做的一個(gè)驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)。Auchan驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)要求供應(yīng)商做驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)的部分有兩個(gè),一個(gè)是驗(yàn)廠(chǎng),一個(gè)是品質(zhì)驗(yàn)廠(chǎng),關(guān)于品質(zhì)驗(yàn)廠(chǎng),Auchan主要審核產(chǎn)品的原料追溯以及涉及品質(zhì)管理的程序文件。Auchan驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)要求原料和包材、成品的中追溯性,典型問(wèn)題:沒(méi)有出庫(kù)記錄,或出庫(kù)單沒(méi)有記錄批次、規(guī)格、廠(chǎng)家等信息,不能追溯原料去向,原料沒(méi)有標(biāo)識(shí),無(wú)法進(jìn)行追溯,成品發(fā)貨記錄沒(méi)有記錄商品批號(hào)信息峭能追溯去向。這種情況一般建設(shè):完整記錄原料、包材的商品信息,包括入庫(kù)單、出庫(kù)單、領(lǐng)料單等,詳細(xì)記錄成品的發(fā)貨信息。當(dāng)然,Auchan驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)還要進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)記錄的可追溯性調(diào)查,如領(lǐng)料單要記錄批次、規(guī)格和廠(chǎng)家信息等,建議生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)將上一工序的信息完整保留,并記錄一些必要的加工條件等。
